Minha Familia Eterna,
So I'm alive. This is day 2 and we had a meeting with our Branch President and counselors. They told us to write to you all even though it isn't p-day. Our p-day will be Fridays, but not until o primeiro de augusto. It has been great!
I can't believe I'm here! My companion is Elder Williams who is Tongan heritage from Hayward, California. He is a blast! We get along very well and have made good goals for the next week that we are very excited about.
Portuguese is hard...but we are learning! We are praying the most we can in Portuguese. Tomorrow (Friday, the 26th) we have our first investigator in Portuguese. I am nervous and so is Elder Williams. I don't have a lot of time. I'll email when I can. I love you all! It's been great!
